چکیده
Dust storms are of great importance to climate change, air quality, and human health. In this study, a complete application frame integrating hybrid methods based on multi-source data is proposed for remote sensing monitoring process analysis dust storms. the frame, horizontal spatial distribution intensity can be mapped by optical products such as aerosol depth (AOD) from MODIS; vertical LIDAR satellite AOD profile CALIPSO; geostationary Chinese Fengyun or Japanese Himawari achieve high-frequency temporal information More detailed includes quality supported particulate matter (PM) ground stations emission trace transport pathways HYSPLIT back trajectory driven meteorological Global Data Assimilation System (GDAS). The storm outbreak condition source location proved precipitation WMO soil moisture products, which used verify deduced HYSPLIT. was applied monitor analyze very heavy that occurred in northern China 14–18 March 2021, one most severe recent decades. Results showed event could well monitored analyzed dynamically. It found originated western Mongolia northwestern then transmitted along northwest–southeast direction, consequently affected cities China. results consistent with prior research excellent potential integration
